UPDATED 4-1-2020
In light of the new developments of the coronavirus and to protect our clients, pets, and staff we are updating our current notification. While we are still remaining open we are asking that you adhere to these updates:
1) Before coming into our clinic please call the office from the parking lot. This is to better limit the amount of people in the facility at one time. Less people interaction less chances for exposure to the virus.
2) Once taken to the exam room, please refrain from crowding around your pet. We know that everyone loves and cares deeply for their pet, but we ask that you remain in the chair or at the back of the exam room until finished, this prevents us from becoming exposed and you as well.
3) If you have been around ANYONE with a fever, cold, or flu-like symptoms, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or been around anyone who has, or have been traveling to any highly infected areas/out of country….you MUST inform us PRIOR to entering our facility.
Thank You!
NOTICEMENT:
Quad Counties Veterinary Clinic is dedicated to helping serve your pets during this time of uncertainty with the Covid-19 virus. As such, a few precautionary measures are being taken to ensure the least amount of exposure to both your family and our staff.
We would like to inform all clients that we are currently only allowing once person per pet at each visit, no multiple pet appointments currently. We would appreciate a notification of any ill persons prior to any appointments to better ensure this fact. In a pet emergency situation, if someone is exhibiting any symptoms, please stay in your car and call the clinic prior to entering the facility and we would be happy to send a team member out to assess the pets situation.
Our priority is to again, limit as much exposure as possible while at the same time providing quality veterinary care to patients. Our hours of operation are being limited to M thru F; 8AM-5PM indefinitely.
We appreciate and thank you for your help in this matter, and will inform everyone of any changes as they come. Please keep yourself hydrated and take any measures for your own safety. For any other questions please feel free to call our clinic at 618-533-1193.
